LYLID Labs values your privacy. Our primary clients and partners are legal entities; we do not process personal data of individuals in the ordinary course of business.

We collect data of legal entity clients and partners for contract fulfillment, provision of requested services, or contact purposes.

Data Processing

We serve as authorized data processor for our media and IT service clients. Data we process is typically de-personalized – data that cannot be directly associated with specific individuals.

We share client data only to the extent necessary for service provision and contract fulfillment (e.g., mail providers, banks for e-invoices) and for legal obligations.

Data Location

Currently, we process data only within the European Union or European Economic Area. If service specifics require processing in third countries, GDPR-compliant data protection measures are ensured.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect customer data, ensuring protection against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Website Analytics

We use visitor IP addresses only to determine country of location. We store only country information and do not store IP addresses themselves.
